Re:Visit beta terms of service

Applies to the Re:Visit beta on TestFlight. Last updated 28 October 2026.

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Re:Visit for using the app during its test (beta) phase. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them. Please also read our privacy policy, which explains how we use your data.

Who we are

Re:Visit is run by Drexel Circle Technology Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17534069), registered office 32a Hazeldon Road, London SE4 2DD, United Kingdom. Email: info@revisit.world. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Drexel Circle Technology Ltd.

A beta, free of charge

Re:Visit is free during the beta. It is unfinished: features may change, break or stop, and we may reset test data or end the beta. We will try to warn you in the app before anything that affects your saved journeys or account.

Who can use Re:Visit

You must be 16 or over. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.

AI, sources and your safety

Using Re:Visit fairly

Don't misuse the app or our service. In particular, don't:

Content you share

You keep the rights to what you write, such as public journeys you share and feedback. You give us permission to store, show and process it to run Re:Visit, and, for a public journey, to show it to other users, who can save a copy. You can stop sharing a journey at any time; copies others already saved stay with them. We may remove content that breaks these terms or that someone reports to us. We may use your feedback to improve the app.

Our content and other people's

The app and our stories, illustrations and city packs belong to us or the people who licensed them to us. You may use them for your own personal, non-commercial use of the app. Map and place data comes from OpenStreetMap contributors under the Open Database License, and some text comes from Wikipedia under the CC BY-SA licence; the app credits them where they are used. Maps are provided by Apple.

Our responsibility to you

We provide the beta as it is, without promising that it will always be available, complete or free of errors. As the app is free, we are not responsible for any loss that is not a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability where the law does not allow it, for example for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can hear any dispute. If you live elsewhere in the UK or in the EU, you keep the protection of the consumer law where you live and can also bring a claim in your local courts.

Apple

These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for Re:Visit or its content, and has no duty to provide support or maintenance for it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you. Apple's standard licence terms for apps also apply to your use of the app.

Ending your use

You can stop using Re:Visit and delete your account at any time in Settings › Profile & interests. We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law or safety reasons stop us. We may end the beta for everyone; we will tell you in the app before we do.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change applies. If you don't agree, you can stop using Re:Visit and delete your account.
