Stories, not trivia
A Re:Visit story tells you what happened, why it mattered and what you can still see. Many come with an illustration made for the story, in the style of an old engraving.
Launching soon
Re:Visit is an app that finds the stories around you: what happened here, who lived here, and what used to stand on the spot. Every story is researched, illustrated, and lists its sources.
Charles Bridge, Prague.
Inside the app
Re:Visit looks at where you are and lays out the history around you, from Roman foundations to the last century, in short stories you can read on the spot.

II.
Curious about something in a story, or the building in front of you? Ask. Answers draw on the story’s sources, and the app tells you they were written by AI.

III.
Plan a walk through the history near you, or turn any story into a journey, then check in at each stop along the way.
How we write
Every story lists where it comes from, so you can read further and make up your own mind.
Stories are written from published sources and checked against them before they go into the app. Spot a mistake? Tell us and we’ll put it right.

City guides
Download a city’s stories before you travel. More than thirty cities so far, with Paris, Rome and Athens on the way.
Daily games
Quick puzzles that change daily: place an event on the map in When & Where, match a quote in Who Said It, pick the earlier event in Which Came First, and more.
Coming soon
