- How do I get Re:Visit?
- Re:Visit is launching soon. To hear when it’s out, email info@revisit.world.
- Why does Re:Visit ask for my location?
- To find the stories near you, plan journeys and confirm a check-in. You choose whether to allow it, and you can turn it off at any time in your phone’s settings. We don’t record a continuous track of where you go.
- Where does Re:Visit work?
- Nearby places work best across Europe, North America and Taiwan, and we add city guides regularly. You can ask for a city from inside the app.
- Can I use it offline?
- You can download a city’s stories to read without a connection. Maps, directions, source websites and chat still need one.
- How do I delete my account?
- In the app, go to Settings › Profile & interests and choose to delete your account. Everything linked to it is deleted straight away; the privacy policy lists the few exceptions.
- How do I get a copy of my data, or correct it?
- Email info@revisit.world. We answer within one month.
- I found a mistake in a story.
- Thank you! Send it from Settings › Send feedback in the app, or email us with the story’s name. We check every report.
